Users have higher expectations than ever, and expectations are constantly changing. In order to best mitigate risk, we need to iterate and collaborate cross-functionally. We’ll feature how Lean Experimentation, a methodology to facilitate nimble learning practices, is driving the direction of introducing experiences at Gap Inc. stores.

You’ll learn:

  • When and why to introduce Lean Experimentation into your process
  • How Lean Experimentation provides confidence in your direction and execution, through defensible qualitative and quantitative data
  • Why collaboration matters: who to involve in the process, how and when to engage
  • What you can do immediately to embrace Lean Experimentation
