Users have higher expectations than ever, and expectations are constantly changing. In order to best mitigate risk, we need to iterate and collaborate cross-functionally. We’ll feature how Lean Experimentation, a methodology to facilitate nimble learning practices, is driving the direction of introducing experiences at Gap Inc. stores.
Marek Szeszycki practices design as a team sport, where everyone plays a role in the success of a product or service.
