These days, businesses need to understand the end-to-end customer experience and how to align their organization in support of this vision.

After this two-day workshop, you’ll be able to apply service design tools and methods to your domain in a way that reaches across disciplines, creates a shared language, and delivers a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.

In class we'll cover: 

  • Service Design 101: What are services? What’s involved? Why does it matter?
  • Tools that help you understand your current service offerings beyond products and pixels
  • Generative and evaluative ways to test new service offerings that deliver more value to both the business and customer.
  • Methods that shift your team’s focus from the current state to future possibilities
