Salary Range: $90k-$140k + 15% bonus
An online ticketing marketplace has an immediate need for an Interaction Design Manager to build and lead a UX team. Requires 3+ years managing design teams and 6+ years in the design industry.
In this people management role reporting to the Head of User Experience, the ideal candidate will create and direct design deliverables, manage and monitor a design team in meeting user needs and business goals and ensure quality control, standards and best practices are met. S/he will collaborate with UX management to define the vision for user experience and see it through to the UI framework. S/he should demonstrate a command of design methods and tools, and be up to speed on current trends and developments. Experience with Agile development preferred, as is experience with pattern standards and guidelines.
