Position Summary

The Associate Director, Experience Architecture directs the Experience Architects in the Creative Department. The Associate Director helps to set goals and measure the success of the group, managing, guiding and mentoring the Experience Architects and enabling them to fulfill Organic methodology and standards.

 

Teaming with departmental peers, the Associate Director works to ensure that cross-creative collaboration, communication and conception forms the core of successful work. Working with non-departmental peers, the Associate Director collaborates on a strategic and conceptual level to grow the business across all accounts.

Education/Work Experience

• 5+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
  • 3+ yrs directing Experience Architect contributions and demonstrating significant mentorship towards all Experience Architect contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, advertising).
