JOB TITLE: Associate UX Architect

JOB LOCATION: San Francisco

JOB DURATION: Full-time equivalent (FTE)

Goodby, Silverstein and Partners is seeking an Associate UX Architect to join the User Experience team. Candidates must have a passion for designing human-computer interactions with empathy for the user throughout the process.

The candidate needs to understand the fundamentals of user centered design and have a strong desire to learn more within an advertising agency environment. The Associate UX Architect will learn how to create UX deliverables such as competitive analyses, taxonomies, sitemaps, user flows and wireframes. While this role primarily supports senior UX Architects, it will grow to handle individual contributions on high profile client projects.

The candidate needs to be capable of establishing respectful and collaborative relationships with internal team(s), external partners and development vendors. This person must be highly organized and have a desire to learn more about User Experience and the digital space we work in.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of user centered design and web design principles.

Familiarity with web technologies such a Flash, HTML5, iOS, and mobile/portable platforms is a plus.

Working knowledge of social networking sites.

Agency experience is a plus.

Mentorship available.

Key Tasks include:

* Learning and creating UX deliverables (competitive analyses, taxonomies, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes)

* Supporting senior UX Architect staff

* Supporting user research activities

* Supporting internal projects
