USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team, client and end users to understand user needs, product goals and opportunities
Define product requirements, use cases, detailed functionality
Define and design user experience frameworks, UI systems, information architecture, navigation systems, user flows
Design wireframes and prototypes
Direct design and development to ensure product vision is implemented

Qualifications

5+ years designing user experiences for apps – mobile, tablet, or web
Experience unraveling and defining product requirements for lean user experience design
Experience designing for interaction, designing wireframe storyboard flows and prototypes
Excellent communicator, collaborator with clients and teams
Self-directed, very organized
Professional - experience working with large companies, as well as startups
Software skills: Fireworks a huge plus, and the usual Adobe CS apps and OmniGraffle
