Filter is looking for an Interaction Designer to join our Palo Alto client’s team of UX, visual designers and developers while they connect the impossible.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Designing the delivery of state-of-the-art Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Prepare user interface specification documents consisting of conceptual models, process flows, wireframes and interaction flow diagrams.
  • Team up with interaction designers to ensure consistency within the application and document agreed-upon patterns/standards.
  • Conduct, analyze, present results and recommendations from in-house usability studies

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • 1+ years of experience working as a UX Designer (or similar role) in the design of websites, web applications, desktop, mobile applications
  • Must have a portfolio of work/ samples of interaction design work
  • Motivation and strong communication skills
  • Experience researching personae, communicating flows and creating wireframes
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human Factors, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
