We are looking for an experienced interaction designer to help redesign three web applications used to measure and improve healthcare quality and patient outcomes. The applications are used by doctors, nurses, and patients to record incidents relating to quality of care and outcomes. This contractor will be one of three designers in the redesign effort, interfacing directly with product management, developers, and even customers to obtain relevant input to inform the redesign.

Requirements:
5+ years User Experience Design, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design experience.
Experience designing or redesigning software or web applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other designers and other functions within the company.
Portfolio of work samples demonstrating UX Design expertise.

This is a 40 hour per week contract estimated to last 6 months. The work is onsite in Milpitas, CA four days per week (with one day of remote work per week). There is a possibility of full-time direct hire at the end of the contract.
