I like Design Sponge (www.designspongeonline.com) and Grain Edit (www.grainedit.com) for local blogs

For more "global issues" from the SF Bay Area, I turn to the agency blogs: Adaptive Path, Organic, Kicker, Portigal Consulting, etc.
