Are you a visual designer with UX skills? Do you love telling stories with data? Are you looking to join a tiny but mighty product team that’s building software for the enterprise that feels and works like a consumer product? Then get in touch — we’re hiring a product designer at Glint!

What’s in it for you:

Do you want to design products that bring more happiness into the world? At Glint, our revolutionary product helps forward-thinking companies understand how engaged their employees are. We’re looking for someone with vision to bring our product to life by creating human touch points that are delightful, sticky, and memorable, while being dead-simple.

Who you are:

  • A designer with a refined aesthetic of simplicity and clarity, and a deep understanding of design theory, typography, and color.
  • You posses a visceral understanding of what makes an experience good or bad.
  • An excellent communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and what problems you're solving.
  • Obsessive when it comes to attention to detail and you like to keep polishing until pixel-perfect.
  • Nimble, with experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the overall vision, user interaction and visual aesthetic of Glint’s product offering.
  • Design simple and elegant solutions to complex UX problems.
  • Create wireframes, interaction specs, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mocks.
  • Work with engineers to translate concepts into amazing user experiences.
  • Contribute to product strategy.
  • Be a thoughtful advocate for the user––thinking about new and improved use cases, experiences, and features that would be of value.
  • Build and maintain visual product style guide and component library.

Why you are qualified:

  • A design degree.
  • 2+ years designing beautiful, interactive, user-centric products across web and mobile devices.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design approach and outstanding visual communication skills.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards and social interfaces.
  • Experience with enterprise software design.
