Seeking Freelance Interaction Designer to Help with Projects

I'm a user experience design consultant and am looking for an interaction designer to lend me a hand when, well, I have too much work to do! Preferably, this person will have at least 5 years experience and be familiar with Axure.

I don't want to waste anybody's time. So up front, hourly rate is $70 - $80 depending on experience.
