The Senior Interaction Designer is responsible for informing and activating our Customer Experience strategy to create a great omni-channel experience throughout a customer’s journey with Esurance. The Sr IxD will lead the end-to-end design process from user journeys, wireframes, to interactive prototypes with a passion for user-centered design. The Sr IxD is a member of the Customer Experience UX and Research team responsible for creating elegant and effortless products and experiences for Esurance customers and working strategically across all areas of our business.
