Job Description:

This growing and successful company located in the North Bay is seeking a talented Senior UI/Visual Designer. This is a long-term contract, with possibility for fulltime.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the design, product, business and marketing teams on a variety of visual design projects that address user needs, product, business, brand, and marketing requirements.
• Participation and collaboration on concept development and design.
• Creation of page layouts/UIs, typography, iconography, final production assets, wireframes, system flows and prototypes.
• Work directly with the engineering/development teams to ensure designs are implemented to your design specifications.
• Communicate your design thinking in a way that works for all the parties involved in the project through appropriately detailed specifications and reviews.
• Collaborate/contribute to the overall evolution of the product design process.
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible within the web/mobile/tablet environments to create better experiences for users.

Job Qualifications:

• Can work in a fast paced start up environment
• Can follow through and complete tasks on time
• Work collaboratively with the team and address their feedback
• Understanding and familiarity with wireframes, site flows, architecture diagrams, and prototypes.
