UI/UX Designer for Music Startup

UI/UX Designer

Type: Full time, with equity | Location: San Francisco (we’ll relocate ya, if need be.) | Immediate

Pulselocker is changing the way DJs find, create, and share their music. We're a well-‐funded, early stage start-‐ up looking for a full-‐time designer to own the development of our desktop, web, and mobile product. If you're wildly enthused about designing for music producers, not just consumers, and not afraid to tell the CEO he doesn't know what he's talking about when he doesn't know what he's talking about -‐-‐ we want to hear from you right away.

HERE YOU WILL:

-‐ Lead the design process for our desktop, web, and mobile products

-‐ Conduct user interviews and usability testing

-‐ Create wireframes and flows

-‐ Have enough visual design chops to stand on your own without a separate Visual Designer

-‐ Build fast proof of concept products to test ideas and approaches

-‐ Deliver UI elements to the production team

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-‐ 2+ years experience

-‐ Plays well with start-‐ups

-‐ Long-‐term vision

-‐ Good taste in music

CHERRY ON TOP:

-‐ you can prototype your designs in HTML/CSS

-‐ you have a fantastic command of visual design and branding
