Leading eCommerce retailer is looking for a User Experience/Interaction Design consultant to work on a project to transition to a new CMS (SharePoint) for Storewide intranet portal to manage store communications and to link frequently used tools like time tracking and scheduling. The UX design will need to work on the stores Point of Sale (POS) (1024x768) and on tablets.

The successful candidates will design intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions that support customer needs and business goals. You will be tasked with the following:

Ideally we would like a person who can do UX and BA work, but the candidate should have strong UX skills.

Skills/Requirements:

Experience with defining requirements, user testing, schematic design (using Visio), specifications, working closely with developers and user testing.
At least 3 years’ experience.
Experience with intranets, software, and tablet design.
Strong communication skills
Sharepoint or Store Systems experience a big plus.
Ability to pin-point usability issues of the existing tool and quickly problem solve solutions
Work with brand partners to define and facilitate requirements
Conduct low-fidelity usability study of existing tool
Ability to optimize for tablets
User acceptance testing experience
