Organic is seeking User Experience Designers to design compelling interaction methods, develop digital concepts and help implement and evolve multi-platform experiences. You hold deep empathy with your users, can help manage a small team, and understand the user experience design process. You know enough about front-end technologies and code frameworks to be dangerous. You'll drop over-used industry buzzwords with the best of them. You'll possess a bizarre penchant in taking a concept from a detailed design and continuing until the concept is live for users to enjoy. You'll then clamor to take everything down and start it all anew, this time with greater insight.

You will be asked to think on your feet, sketch in front of a room and defend each other’s work.
