Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing how new mobile services work, utilizing mobile UX best practices
  • Working with internal and external customers to understand their needs and facilitate the translation of those needs into specific, actionable, functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Responsible for writing solution overviews in response to those requirements 
  • Responsible for product design specifications documents, including wireframes and use cases,
  • Work with engineering and test teams during the product development lifecycle 

Education and Qualifications

Candidates will preferably have a degree in a design discipline (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Requirements Writing
  • Wireframing
  • UI Design
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Omnigraffle, Axure

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in interaction design of mobile applications, mobile web and traditional web sites
  • Familiarity with an Agile development environment
  • A flair for design and user experience for mobile platforms
