I have over 10 years experience in design and technology specializing in online branding, visual design, interaction design and design management.
I am currently consulting on a variety of mobile projects that include documentation, wireframes and visual design for iPhone, Android and Blackberry platforms.
Previously, I worked with 17FEET, an interactive agency in San Francisco, as the lead User Experience Designer. At 17FEET I worked on a suite of applications for mobile devices, including calendar, SMS/MMS, visual voicemail, over-the-air contact search and more. I also contributed to the interaction design for the Microsoft Zune store.
Before 17FEET, I worked several years as Creative Director at JiWire, a tech start-up focused on Wi-Fi and advertising for mobile devices. At JiWire, I had the opportunity to build the company’s brand from the ground-up and design for some big partners including, Microsoft, Intel, Sony, Marriott, AT&T and others.
I am an advocate of user/customer-centered design and enjoy building great experiences that matter to people. Through research, investigation and an iterative design process, I believe great experiences can be built "on purpose". Early in my career, I was a musician, artist, teacher and lived abroad from some years.
