Recruiting is my life sport! Every day is a training day, approaching new challenges with the same determination needed to finish a spin class or leg day! Just like most any sport, Recruiting requires mental, physical and emotional endurance and sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. The goal is to always keep trying, keep learning and keep training! Recruiting for me is a journey, not a destination. I want to keep on this journey enjoying every moment of growth I can!
