Almost 80 people from 9 countries have joined us for an online Lunch & Learn speaker series with Indi Young.

In this mini-workshop Indi taught us how to build self-awareness and humility into the way we approach design research and communication in general. She showed us how to recognize the parts of what we are hearing so we become aware of what is going through our own mind as we listen.
