Jocelyn Bergen is an interaction designer and UX researcher with over 20 years of experience analyzing and creating websites and business processes. She has collaborated with designers, writers, producers, programmers, and developers on a wide variety of work from the high-tech, institutional, education, retail, and business service sectors. In recent years, Jocelyn has worked via Tangible UX, a San Francisco agency, on many customer research and experience design projects.
