What is a UX Strategist? As a UX Strategist, I: • Identify areas where the user experience needs to be improved - through testing • Draft research-based solutions to those problem areas - using everything from pencil and paper to design tools like Sketch and XD • Roadmap those proposed solutions with Product leaders to determine how design and development resources are best spent - based on initial user testing and business objectives • Iterate on solutions in the product roadmap - By facilitating user testing sessions and design sessions involving members of development and product • Support deployment of a solution that is driven by user needs, focused on improving the user experience, is pre-tested by users of the product, and aligns with the organization’s business goals - by advocating for the user in change management discussion
