PANELIST BIOS:

Bruce Randall is the Co-Founder of Spring Studio and BBVA's Head of UX for the US. He is a user experience strategy & design specialist who has been building design teams and crafting solutions since 1994.

Michael Sturtz is an internationally acclaimed designer, innovator, educator, sculptor, and founder of The Crucible, the nation’s largest non-profit industrial arts education facility. Determined to take on “impossible challenges,” he has spent a lifetime deconstructing and reinventing transformative approaches to problem solving, ideation, and education. In addition to leading moonshot investigations and pioneering the future of manufacturing at Google X, Michael is a wildly popular speaker and consultant, igniting revolutions in thought, organizational development, and creative empowerment across the globe.

Greg Bertoldo was the Head of Design for Intuit's Innovation and Advanced Technology group, whose mission was to de-risk the future for Intuit. He recently joined Salesforce where he works in Product Design.

Michael Neuman is the Digital Experience Design team Director at the global design firm, Gensler. He previously held positions with AKQA, Stamen Design, Obscura Digital, and Apple. At Gensler, he helps clients integrate seamless, digital components to deepen the connection between people and their surroundings.
