Creative Coffee San Francisco #3 will be hosting Sarah B. Nelson, Chief Instigator and Igniter of Passions at Radically Human. Sarah is a pioneering UX design leader, strategist and speaker.

Sarah is a popular speaker at design and UX conferences where she conducts workshops on cultivating a human-centered mindset, design facilitation, emotional literacy in creative leadership, organization design, creativity/design practice, and the intersection of business and design strategy. She has developed product strategies and digital experiences for clients like Nike, The Metropolitan Opera, Zappos and Intel (just to name a few). She has also led teams at Adaptive Path, Hot Studios and POP!.

Sarah is a master at working with change within an organization. Her talk at UX Week 2013 exemplifies her ability to understand the nature of change and provide actionable insights on how to work with it effectively. She also hosts an ongoing creative leadership intensive called The Radical Visionary. (I had the pleasure of attending the intensive in May and it basically rocked. We might even do one of her leadership exercises.)
