As strategists, designers, and technologists, we are all agents for change. At this year’s Healthcare Experience Design Conference, we’ll explore the many ways that design and technology can promote health literacy, improve healthcare delivery, drive consumer engagement, and help people lead healthier lives. A key topic at this year’s conference will be the relationship between the food industry and healthcare. Keynote speakers Robyn O’Brien, founder of AllergyKids and Gary Hirshberg, former CeYo of Stonyfield Yogurt will discuss the current crisis and offer realistic, actionable, financially viable solutions. We’re excited to have BJ Fogg back and leading a day long Behavioral Change Bootcamp this year. He’ll be joined by a full roster of inspiring, passionate speakers representing a broad range of industries: Tim Kieschnick of Kaiser, Meredith DeZutter, of Mayo Clinic, Debra Gelman of Nutrisystem, John Weiss of WebMD, Todd Park, CTO of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, as well as Stephen Anderson and Josh Clark. Speakers will cover topics across the healthcare and design spectrum from research methods, to mobile and social media strategy, to persuasive design and behavioral change. The conference will be held March 25-27th at the Westin Boston Waterfront.
