InfoCamp is an unconference-style event for anyone interested in user experience, HCI, information architecture, interaction design, service design, information management, online search, informatics, ICTD, and anything information related. InfoCamp brings together students and professionals in a day-long event that encourages collaboration, innovation, and networking.
After an invited speaker kicks off the day, participants pitch topics, sign up for time slots, and lead discussions. Anyone who comes can host a session.
Registration is now open at http://infocamp2013.eventbrite.com/.
This year's keynote speaker is Diane Murphy, a content strategist at Facebook. Diane will speak about empathy in language and design in a session called “Compassionate Content: Developing Social Resolution for Photos on Facebook.”
